I can formalise and instrument learning and work flows. I take advantage of the potential of distance, technology, open and collaborative processes and learning strategies in my work. I'm a specialist in competency based approachs et methods of valuing, developing and presenting them, such as the use of a portfolio. Analysing, synthesising and structuring are my cartesian skills, while my people skills include motivating, organising and animating.
